Africa’s 1st Fabrication & Integration Yard

SHI-MCI FZE is certified by top local and international licensing bodies. In October 2014, it became NEPZA certified. NIMASA and NPA also approved the utilization of SHI-MCI FZE’s integration quay in December 2016 and April 2017 respectively.

The fabrication Yard was completed in June 2015 and work on the Egina FPSO project commenced in the same month with the Egina FPSO Steel Cutting!

In June 2016 Pre-Erection work began and by August 2016 the Integration Quay was completed. April 2017 saw the completion of the Module Stacking with 6 modules and 14 decks!

On the 1st of November, 2017 the Egina FPSO left the shores of Goeje, South Korea and arrived at SHI-MCI FZE on the 24th January, 2018 where work is intensely progressing towards the successful completion of the project the first and best Nigeria and Africa have ever seen!

And Egina FPSO will be sailing away July of 2018
